We accept payments through GooglePay, Paytm, PhonePe, Online bank transfers and credit card payments. We also provide Cash on Delivery facilities.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge for shipping based on your postal code (Rs 100-150). We also have an option of express shipping with delivery within 2-3 days.
Do you take custom orders?
No, we don’t offer customisations as we have a large scale manufacturing unit. For bulk inquiries, Please use the contact us page.

In how many days can I expect the delivery?
The delivery duration depends on your postal address. Usually it should reach you within 5-7 working days. You can track your order on our website too.
My jacket doesn’t seem to be heating. How can I fix it? Can I get a replacement?
Sorry to hear that! See if you can determine the problem (check if the battery still charges other devices, whether the light is on while charging, etc.) and send us photos or videos of the problem at support@heaterjackets.com. Once we confirm the parts are defective, we will send you a replacement.
